Brewer's yeast is composed of a colony of microscopic fungi, generally of the species Saccharomyces cerevisae or Candida utilis.

These non-pathogenic microorganisms digest the sugar and starch of cereals, creating an environment rich in proteins of high biological value 35 to 40% and in vitamins, mainly those of group B (B1,B3,B6,B9).

This gives it energizing and invigorating effects to combat fatigue and promote recovery.
